Job description:

The MEP Head is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all Maintenance, Electrical, and Plumbing works in the organization/project. The role ensures smooth execution, compliance with standards, and timely completion of all MEP activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all MEP (Maintenance, Electrical & Plumbing) operations and maintenance
Plan and execute MEP work as per project requirements and timelines
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems
Ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations
Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other departments
Manage MEP team, contractors, and vendors
Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and monitor expenses
Handle breakdowns and ensure quick resolution of technical issues




Maintain proper documentation and reports of MEP activities
Ensure energy efficiency and cost optimization

Skills Required:
Solid technical knowledge of MEP systems
Leadership and team management skills
Problem-solving ability
Positive communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of safety and compliance standards

Qualifications Required:
Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with relevant experience
ITI (Electrician/Plumber/Mechanical): Considered with extensive hands-on experience and supervisory skills
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in MEP works

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
