Field Survey Executive

Location: Mumbai & Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹22,000 per month + Incentives

Job Role

We are looking for Field Survey & Mapping Executives to conduct residential, industrial, and commercial area surveys in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for collecting accurate building, occupancy, competitor, and location-related information through field visits and Google Forms.

Key Responsibilities

Residential Area Mapping
Collect details such as:
Number of floors and wings
Number of homes/flats
Latitude & longitude
RWA/CHS/Chairperson/Manager contact details
Flat sizes and rental details (1 BHK, 2 BHK, 3 BHK, etc.)
Building type: Rental, Ready for Possession, or Under Construction
Possession date
Occupancy status: Owner-occupied or rented
Occupancy Certificate availability
Building photographs
Lane-wise mapping and number of buildings in each lane
Highest flat/property cost

Industrial Area Mapping
Identify companies operating in each building.




Record the approximate number of employees working in each building.
Categorize companies by business/industry segment.

Commercial Area Mapping
Count the number of commercial shops/businesses.

Candidate Requirements
Must have a bike/two-wheeler.
Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.
Valuable communication and observation skills.
Comfortable with extensive outdoor fieldwork and daily travel.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, Google Forms, GPS/location services, and data entry.
Prior experience in field survey, telecom/ISP mapping, market research, or similar work will be preferred.

Compensation

₹22,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Additional incentives may be provided based on survey completion, quality, accuracy, and achievement of assigned targets.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
