Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting processes and be proficient in GST, E-Invoicing, E-Way Bill, Tally, and Microsoft Excel. The Accounts Executive will report directly to the Accounts Manager and support the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally.
Prepare and verify GST invoices, E-Invoices, and E-Way Bills.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
Process vendor payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting regulations.
Support the Accounts Manager with finance and accounting-related tasks as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Robust knowledge of GST, E-Invoicing, and E-Way Bill processes.
Proficiency in TallyPrime and Microsoft Excel
Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently as well as in a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
