JAROS Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Production Engineer with solid experience in industrial machine assembly, machine-shop operations and material management.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise machine assembly, machining and production activities.
Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, Quality and Planning departments.
Review drawings and BOMs and ensure timely material availability.
Monitor CNC, VMC, lathe, milling, drilling and fabrication activities.
Manage manpower, production schedules and work-in-progress.
Supervise machine trials, troubleshooting, inspection and dispatch readiness.
Control material shortages, rework, wastage and production delays.
Ensure quality, safety, discipline and proper production documentation.

Candidate Profile
Experience in heavy engineering, industrial machinery or capital-equipment manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly, machining processes and engineering drawings.
Valuable leadership, troubleshooting, planning and coordination skills.
Experience with ERP and inventory control will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
