Job Summary

. The role is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office coordination while maintaining a professional and welcoming setting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Provide accurate information regarding courses, training schedules, admissions, and institutional services.
Maintain student enquiry records and follow up with prospective candidates.
Handle student registrations, document collection, and file management.
Maintain attendance records and support administrative documentation.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience




1 years of experience in front office, reception, customer service, or administrative roles.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also apply. Required Skills
Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
Robust interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of office administration procedures.

Skilled appearance and positive attitude.Strong time management and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
