Job Description
Ability to read construction blue prints, architectural drawings and spec
Experience with take offs, shop CAD drawings & cost estimation for Stone and tile
Create shop drawings from architectural drawings
High level of efficiency exceptional organizational skills
Strong attention to details
Collaborations skills – updating and collecting information and keeping everyone updated
Exceptional Organizational skills
Candidates preferred with experience in Bluebeam Revu
Ability to work in rapid-paced workplace and multitask

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree
2 years of relevant experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive knowledge on Microsoft word, excel and presentation
Should be a quick learner and has the ability to adapt
Perform additional duties as required and or requested
