Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales executives/telecallers.
Drive team sales targets and productivity.
Monitor performance, call quality, and daily MIS.
Coach and motivate the team to achieve business goals.
Handle customer escalations and ensure service quality.
Requirements:
1–6 years of experience in Life Insurance.
Team handling experience is mandatory.
Solid communication, leadership, and target-driven approach.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
