We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with solid experience in the digital marketing and creative services industry.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and other channels
Identify and approach potential clients in India and international markets
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions
Handle client meetings, proposals, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups
Build and maintain solid long-term client relationships
Develop strategies to consistently grow the company’s sales pipeline
Coordinate with marketing, design, development, and creative teams for project handovers
Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets

Requirements
Experience in Business Development, Sales,

Strong understanding of digital marketing services
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
Experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, cold outreach, CRM, or lead-generation platforms
Ability to independently generate and close qualified leads
Comfortable working with international clients
Target-oriented and proactive mindset

Preferred

Candidates with previous experience working in a digital marketing agency, creative agency, IT company, or web development agency will be preferred.
