We are looking for a Client Success Intern who will be responsible for connecting with clients after the completion of services to understand their experience and collect valuable feedback. The intern will play an significant role in understanding client satisfaction and helping the team improve service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Call clients after the completion of services to collect feedback.
Understand the client's overall experience and satisfaction with the service.
Ask relevant questions regarding service quality, timeliness, and overall experience.
Record client feedback accurately in the required system/Excel sheet.
Identify and report any complaints or areas of dissatisfaction to the concerned team.
Follow up with clients when required.
Maintain professional and positive communication with clients.
Share recurring feedback or common concerns with the team to support service improvement.
Skills Required
Positive client/customer handling skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good listening and conversation skills
Ability to communicate professionally over phone calls
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
Positive attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to handle client concerns patiently and professionally
