Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments in the home setting
Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans based on physician orders
Administer medications, injections, wound care, and other prescribed treatments
Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to physicians
Manage and maintain medical equipment (catheters, feeding tubes, IV lines, etc.)
Educate patients and family members on disease management, medication schedules, and home safety
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other providers
Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate first-line intervention
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and caregivers

Qualifications: ANM /B.Sc Nursing

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
