We are looking for a passionate and experienced Software Trainer with 2+ years of hands-on training experience in any of the following skills -Java, Python, MERN Stack, Data Analytics, or Networking to deliver high-quality training sessions at Elysium Academy.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on training sessions in the assigned technology domain
Develop course content, lesson plans, study materials, and assessments
Assess and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and project evaluations
Provide mentorship and guidance to students on projects and real-world applications
Customize training sessions to accommodate different learning speeds and backgrounds
Ensure training quality meets academy standards and student satisfaction goals




Stay updated with latest industry trends and incorporate them into training content
Coordinate with the academic team for curriculum updates and student evaluations
Maintain training records and submit student progress reports regularly

Qualification
B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2+ years of experience as a Software Trainer / Faculty in any of the above domains
Robust subject knowledge with hands-on practical experience
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
Prior experience in an IT training academy or EdTech company preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
