Kafka & GCP

Role Summary:
Looking for a senior backend engineer with strong expertise in Java, Apache Kafka, and GCP
to build and scale high-performance, event-driven systems.

Key Skills (Must Have):
Java 8+ (Spring Boot, Microservices), Apache Kafka, GCP (GKE, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud
Storage), Event-driven architecture, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes

Responsibilities:
Design & develop scalable backend systems; Build real-time streaming solutions using
Kafka; Develop & deploy on GCP; Ensure performance, scalability & reliability; Collaborate
with cross-functional teams; Contribute to architecture decisions

Valuable to Have:
Terraform / IaC, CI/CD tools, Data pipelines (Airflow/dbt), Monitoring tools, NoSQL
databases

Soft Skills:
Problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, mentoring

Education:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related fiel

Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality software solutions using java, microservices, and react
Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design,



and ship current features
Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and performance
Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize application performance
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in java, microservices, and react
Participate in architectural and design discussions
Skill Requirements
Proficient in java programming language and related frameworks
Experience with developing and deploying microservices architecture
Robust knowledge and hands-on experience in react.js and related libraries
Familiarity with restful apis and web services
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Other Requirements
1.Relevant certifications in Java, Microservices, or React will be a plus
