About Aixperia
Aixperia is a cloud-based SaaS platform that powers design-to-production workflows for modular cabinetry manufacturers, enabling faster quoting, parametric design, and split-production capabilities that connect design, manufacturing, and delivery in one system.

Role Overview
We're looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth for Aixperia's SaaS offerings. You'll own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing — targeting modular furniture manufacturers, interior design studios, and fabrication businesses across India and UAE.

Key Responsibilities
Drive new customer acquisition for Aixperia's SaaS platform across target markets
Own the end-to-end sales pipeline: prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
Build and manage a team of sales coordinators/executives; set and track targets
Translate platform capabilities (design-to-production automation, split-production, parametric modelling) into clear value propositions for manufacturers and studios
Manage the sales incentive structure — tiered commissions and team pool models — in coordination with leadership
Represent Aixperia at industry events and trade shows




Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and refine positioning
Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts

Requirements
2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, manufacturing software, or interior/furniture industry solutions
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing a sales team
Robust understanding of (or willingness to quickly learn) modular cabinetry manufacturing workflows
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience selling into UAE/GCC markets is a strong plus
Comfortable with CRM tools and structured sales reporting
