We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to supervise restaurant service operations and ensure an excellent dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and seat guests professionally.
Take food and beverage orders and provide menu recommendations.
Supervise waiters, stewards, and service staff in the assigned section.
Ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth operations.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Check bills and assist with billing and payment procedures.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in restaurant/hotel F&B; service preferred.
Positive knowledge of food and beverage service.
Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of POS and billing systems.
Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-oriented.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
