Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and project clients.
Communicate with clients regarding cement requirements, quotations, and order status.
Coordinate with company officers for customer code opening and approval processes.
Prepare and send emails related to orders, quotations, and customer requirements.
Share daily dispatch reports with clients and management.
Follow up on pending orders, dispatches, and payments.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of cement.
Maintain customer records and update sales data regularly.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
Generate leads and develop recent business prospects in the non-trade segment.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Ensure smooth communication between clients, officers, and dispatch teams.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
