ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

1–5 years of experience in the automobile service industry, preferably in a Service Advisor role.
Robust communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
Sound knowledge of vehicle service operations, workshop processes, and job card management.
Ability to understand customer concerns and coordinate effectively with technical teams.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
