This is a full-time, in office Early Childhood Educator role based in Kochi/Ernakulam at Cubs & Co. The educator will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning workplace for young children. Responsibilities include:
Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning and play activities
Create a protected, nurturing, and engaging classroom setting
Support children’s cognitive, emotional, and social development
Monitor and document children’s progress and milestones
Qualifications
Diploma or certification in IMTTC/Montessori Teacher Training programme/ ECE (Early Childhood Education)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for working with young children
Experience in Montessori environments preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
