We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Student Counsellor to guide students in achieving their dream of studying abroad. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with students, and are passionate about international education, we'd love to hear from you!
Experienced candidates are preferred; however, freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding higher education opportunities in countries such as the UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, the USA, and other destinations.
Understand students' academic backgrounds and recommend suitable courses and universities.
Handle walk-in, phone, and online enquiries professionally.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Guide students through the admission process, documentation, and application procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries and student applications.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Participate in educational events, seminars, and promotional activities when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in study abroad counselling is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
Strong presentation, counselling, and sales skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM) is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
