Job Role:
We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to oversee plant operations, production, quality, safety, and
team management. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership, problem-solving, and operational
management skills to ensure smooth and productive plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily plant operations in plastics/polymer manufacturing
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and cost efficiency.
Monitor preventive maintenance schedules & ensure effective execution to achieve maximum

machine availability.
Drive maintenance improvement initiatives to reduce machine breakdowns,



increase equipment

reliability, and improve overall plant efficiency.
Lead and manage plant staff, training, and performance
Maintain safety, compliance, and environmental standards.
Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with ISO / industry norms.
Implement quality control and regular audits. Control production costs and reduce wastage

Skills:
Diploma / B.Tech in Plastics / Polymer Engineering (CIPET Passout preferred)
Production planning & operations management
15–25 years in plastics/polymer manufacturing with 8–10 years in leadership/plant head roles.
