Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective students.
Counsel students and parents about courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Explain the complete admission process and required documentation.
Follow up with interested students through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Maintain regular communication with leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission/revenue targets.
Maintain accurate lead and student information in CRM/Google Sheets.
Coordinate with the backend and academic teams for smooth enrollment.
Handle student queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Maintain daily calling, follow-up, and conversion reports.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
