Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of multiple outlets.
Drive sales, profitability, and achieve business targets across the assigned area.
Ensure consistent implementation of company SOPs, quality, hygiene, and service standards.
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate Restaurant Managers and outlet teams.
Monitor outlet performance, food cost, labor cost, inventory, and overall operational efficiency.
Conduct regular outlet audits and implement corrective actions.
Resolve customer concerns and maintain high guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain for smooth business operations.
Analyze sales reports, prepare MIS, and present action plans for business growth.
Identify prospects to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Support recent outlet openings and ensure successful execution of company initiatives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
