Key Responsibilities
Handle Export Pricing for LCL, FCL & Air Freight.
Handle shipment bookings and coordinate with shipping lines, airlines and agents.
Prepare and maintain rate sheets and pricing updates.
Coordinate with overseas agents for rates and quotations.
Negotiate freight rates and charges with shipping lines, airlines and agents.
Compare overseas agent rates and identify competitive options.
Prepare competitive quotations based on customer requirements.
Positive knowledge of Incoterms and export pricing procedures.
Coordinate with the agent network and internal teams for pricing and booking requirements.
Ensure timely response to pricing enquiries and follow-ups.
Requirements
1–5 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in LCL, FCL & Air Export Pricing and Bookings.
Good knowledge of rate sheets, rate negotiation, overseas agent coordination and Incoterms.
Solid analytical, negotiation and coordination skills.
