Key Duties:
Monitor labour and subcontractors
Ensure quality of materials and workmanship
Check work as per drawings and specifications
Maintain site safety and discipline
Prepare daily progress reports
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and clients
Qualification:
Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 3–5 years site experience./
