About the Role

We are hiring Inside Sales Agents who can talk confidently with customers, understand their requirements, and help them choose the right product/service.
The candidate should have good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and willingness to learn sales process quickly.

Job Responsibilities

· Talk with customers over calls.

· Explain company products/services in simple way.

· Understand customer requirements and solve their queries.

· Handle customer objections confidently.

· Follow up with interested customers.

· Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

· Update customer details properly in system/CRM.

· Learn product knowledge and sales process regularly.

Required Skills

· Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

· Confidence while talking with customers.

· Commerce background preferred.

· Basic knowledge of GST, accounting, Tally, invoicing, bookkeeping, etc.

· Good convincing and objection handling skills.

· Smart and practical thinking.





· Ability to work in target-based environment.

· Quick learning ability.

Preferred Skills

· Experience in telesales, inside sales, or B2C sales will be an advantage.

· Basic knowledge of CRM software is preferred.

· Positive attitude and self-learning mindset.

· Ability to adapt in quick-paced work setting.
