Job Overview

IPCS Global is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry, with solid skills in student counselling, lead conversion, follow-ups, and admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and guide them in selecting suitable courses.
Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online enquiries.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls and other activities.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing students.
Handle referrals and course upgrades.
Organize and support seminars, workshops, and webinars.




Build and maintain relationships with colleges and corporate representatives.
Maintain student and lead databases and prepare regular reports.
Support branch-level marketing and sales activities.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry is mandatory.
Experience in academic counselling or student admissions is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sales and target-oriented approach.
Valuable follow-up and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude with good convincing and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
