JD for Automotive Electrician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Electrician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and install electrical and electronic systems in vehicles. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of modern automotive electrical systems, and the ability to work safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair vehicle electrical and electronic faults.
Inspect and repair wiring, connectors, fuses, relays, and electrical circuits.
Test and repair batteries, alternators, starter motors, lighting, and charging systems.
Use diagnostic scanners, multimeters, and other automotive testing equipment.
Diagnose electrical and electronic faults in engine management, ABS, airbags, and other vehicle systems.
Install and repair accessories such as GPS systems, alarms, reverse cameras, audio systems, and lighting.
Read and interpret automotive wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
Carry out preventive maintenance and electrical inspections.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and parts used.
Follow workshop safety procedures and manufacturer specifications.
Work closely with mechanical technicians to identify and resolve vehicle faults.

Requirements




ITI/Diploma/Certificate in Automotive Electrical, Auto Electrical, or a related field.
Previous experience as an Automotive Electrician preferred.
Valuable knowledge of vehicle electrical and electronic systems.
Experience using automotive diagnostic tools and electrical testing equipment.
Ability to read wiring diagrams.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valuable attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
