Job Description:
We are looking for an L2 Support Engineer with robust hands-on experience in network and security operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of firewalls, network monitoring systems, and web application security, along with exposure to virtualization and Active Directory environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2 support for network and security-related incidents and service requests
MUST have knowledge in Configuration and troubleshoot Firewalls, NMS, Network devices, and WAF
Support virtualized settings in clustered setups
Assist in managing and troubleshooting Active Directory-related issues
Work closely with L1, L3, and other infrastructure teams for issue resolution
Ensure adherence to security and operational best practices
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in L2 Network/Security Support
Strong hands-on experience with Firewalls, NMS, Networking, and WAF
Good knowledge of virtualization in clustered environments (VMware/Hyper-V or similar)
Working knowledge of Active Directory
Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred:
Exposure to enterprise IT System Integrator environments
Relevant certifications in networking or security

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
