Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end order processing, from Purchase Order (PO) to delivery and installation.
Liaise with OEMs, distributors, vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and other project documentation.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, Finance, and Warehouse teams for seamless operations.
Track material dispatch, deliveries, installations, and customer acknowledgements.
Maintain accurate MIS reports, order trackers, inventory records, and project status updates.
Ensure timely follow-up with suppliers and customers to meet delivery commitments.
Support GeM/Government tender execution and maintain all operational documentation.
Handle customer queries related to order status, deliveries,



and operational coordination.
Ensure compliance with company processes and maintain proper documentation.

Skills Required
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience in IT, System Integration, Distribution, or Operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
