Manage full-cycle recruitment for junior to mid-level roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interview coordination.
Lead Campus Recruitment drives—partner with universities, schedule hiring events, evaluate talent, and issue offer letters.
Design and execute structured onboarding programs for new hires and campus recruits.
Coordinate the 6-month in-house training transition from fresh graduate to full time employee, ensuring completion tracking and performance evaluations.
Organize skill-building workshops, compliance training, and career development sessions.
Maintain accurate employee records, digital systems, and personal files.
Prepare official documentation (Offer Letters, Joining Letters, Training Completion Certificates, Confirmation Letters, and Relieving Letters).
Assist with monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Ensure organizational compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.




Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness drives.
Conduct regular stay interviews and exit interviews to analyze feedback and improve retention.
Assist management in conducting probation assessments, mid-year checks, and annual performance reviews.
Track key performance metrics and assist managers with performance improvement plans (PIPs) when necessary.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
