We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Area Manager – Risk and Collection to manage field operations, drive business growth, and lead sales activities within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have solid field sales experience and leadership skills.
Monitor overdue and delinquent loan accounts.
Follow up with customers for timely EMI payments.
Handle collection of overdue amounts through calls and field visits.
Monitor DPD, bounce cases, and NPA accounts.
Identify high-risk customers and take timely action.
Coordinate with field collection teams and collection agencies.
Prepare daily/weekly collection and risk reports.
Follow company policies and RBI guidelines for customer collection.
Support recovery of long-pending and difficult accounts.
Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and business teams when required.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
