Key Roles & Responsibilities
Design and structure competitive EMI plans, interest rates, and repayment tenures for various loan products.
Approve or recommend loan amounts and EMI structures that match the borrower’s repayment capacity.
Track daily EMI bounces and initiate immediate follow-up protocols.
Develop strategies for loan restructuring, settlements, and legal escalations for chronic defaulters.
Ensure all loan provisioning, documentation, and recovery practices comply with central bank regulations and local lending laws.
Generate weekly and monthly reports for management on collection efficiency, bounce trends, and recovery forecasts.
Address complex customer grievances regarding interest rate changes,
missed deductions, or foreclosure charges.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 5+ years of experience (Retail)
Skills:
Deep understanding of retail lending products, amortization schedules, and banking payment systems.
Robust knowledge of credit risk analysis and debt recovery regulations.
Proficiency in Loan Management Systems (LMS) and advanced Excel.
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
