Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should understand the rapid-paced nature of a digital marketing environment and help build high-performing teams across creative, performance marketing, and client servicing departments.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles like Performance Marketer, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Content Writer, Client Servicing Executive, etc.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
Onboarding & Documentation

Handle offer letters, appointment letters & HR documentation

Manage joining formalities and induction process

Ensure smooth onboarding experience
HR Operations

Attendance & leave management

Payroll coordination





Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports

Ensure compliance with company policies
Employee Engagement & Culture

Plan team engagement activities

Address employee concerns & maintain positive work culture

Support performance review processes
Policy Implementation

Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

1–3 years of HR experience (agency or real estate background preferred)

Solid communication & interpersonal skills

Good organizational & coordination abilities

Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools

Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
