We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Collection & Recovery Executive to join our team.
Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements where applicable.
Positive English communication skills (verbal and written)
knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Skip tracing knowledge will be an added advantage.
