Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to support our client engagement and lead qualification process. The ideal candidate will have solid communication, coordination, and follow-up skills, and will play a key role in handling client interactions and assisting the consulting team in driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle client enquiries via chat, email, and WhatsApp in a qualified and timely manner
Make cold calls to potential clients and generate interest in services
Understand client requirements and resolve basic queries related to business setup and services
Clearly explain product/service offerings to prospective and existing clients
Qualify leads and coordinate meetings between clients and senior consultants
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and lead status
Assist consultants with initial client communication and coordination
Ensure high standards of client satisfaction and communication quality




Follow up with clients as per defined processes and timelines

Key Skills & Requirements
Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills
Hindi language proficiency is an added advantage
Freshers can also apply
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in email communication, WhatsApp handling, and MS Office
Ability to manage multiple client interactions efficiently
Basic understanding of sales/presales processes is preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
