We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, student admissions, business development, and team performance of our educational centre.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in educational institution management, business development, sales, or team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the centre.
Lead and motivate the counselling, telecalling, and business development teams.
Monitor admission targets, enquiries, conversions, collections, and overall centre performance.
Develop and implement strategies to increase student admissions and revenue.
Handle student and parent interactions and ensure a positive student experience.
Build relationships with schools, colleges, institutions, and other potential partners.
Monitor team performance and conduct regular reviews.
Coordinate with the management and head office regarding centre activities and targets.
Ensure proper maintenance of records, reports, and administrative processes.
Identify current business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the centre.

Requirements
Postgraduate qualification is mandatory.
Prior experience in managing an educational institution, training centre,



or similar establishment is preferred.
Candidates with experience as a Business Development Manager, Team Leader, Sales Manager, Centre Head, or similar leadership role are preferred.
Solid communication, leadership, team-management, and interpersonal skills.
Positive understanding of sales and business development processes.
Target-oriented with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of centre operations.
