Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 6 months experience in an NBFC or similar financial institution
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer queries effectively
Ability to manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to guide and assist walk-in customers with professionalism
Positive understanding of financial products, lending operations, and market dynamics
