Qualification: CIPET / Diploma / Degree in Plastics or Polymer Technology
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise shift operations for HDPE plastic drum and sheet production.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.
Handle manpower allocation, machine utilization, and shift planning.
Monitor extrusion/blow moulding processes, troubleshoot production issues, and minimize downtime.
Ensure proper raw material usage, process parameters, and product quality.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and other departments for smooth operations.
Maintain shift-wise production reports and ensure 5S and safety compliance.
Requirements:
7–9 years of relevant experience in HDPE drum, sheet, extrusion, blow moulding, or plastic manufacturing.
CIPET qualification or Diploma/Degree in Plastics/Polymer Technology preferred.
Solid knowledge of plastic processing, production management, and shop-floor operations.
Good leadership, problem-solving, and team-handling skills.
