Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Bakery Chef to manage the day-to-day bakery operations and ensure consistent quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare a wide range of bakery products, including breads, cakes, pastries, desserts, and other baked items.
Develop and introduce new bakery products and recipes.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, texture, and presentation.
Manage daily bakery production according to business requirements.
Ensure proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Monitor inventory and coordinate the availability of raw materials.
Control food costs and minimize wastage.
Train and supervise bakery staff and kitchen assistants.




Maintain proper production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
Ensure all bakery equipment is used and maintained properly.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bakery section.

Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of skilled bakery experience.
Strong knowledge of bakery production techniques and ingredients.
Experience in breads, cakes, pastries, and desserts.
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to manage a bakery team and handle production independently.
Creative approach toward new products and presentations.
Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Candidates with experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, resorts, or skilled bakeries will be preferred.
