Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QS & Billing Engineer with minimum 3 years of experience in construction and real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, contractor billing, client billing, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, reconciliation, and coordination with site execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

Quantity Surveying
Prepare and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
Calculate project quantities as per drawings and site measurements.
Prepare quantity take-off for civil works.
Monitor material consumption and wastage control.
Conduct quantity reconciliation for ongoing projects.

Billing & Estimation
Prepare Client Bills and Contractor Bills.
Verify subcontractor bills based on work progress.
Prepare RA Bills and final bills.
Maintain billing records and documentation properly.
Coordinate with accounts department for bill processing.

Cost Control & Analysis
Prepare rate analysis for civil items.
Monitor project cost and budget variations.
Track additional works and variation statements.
Support procurement team with quantity details.

Site Coordination




Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors.
Verify site progress and measurement records.
Ensure billing work is completed within timelines.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain DPR, billing registers, and quantity records.
Prepare weekly and monthly billing reports.
Ensure proper filing of approvals, measurements, and invoices.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge in Quantity Surveying & Billing
Positive understanding of construction drawings
Knowledge in BOQ, estimation, and rate analysis
Experience in contractor billing and client billing
Proficiency in:
AutoCAD
MS Excel
MS Office

Qualification
B.E / B.Tech Civil Engineering
Diploma in Civil Engineering (if experienced)

Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years experience in construction/real estate industry
Ability to handle multiple project billing activities
Strong attention to detail and documentation

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
