About the Role

MIDNIGHT is a growing healthy-snacking brand specializing in roasted makhana and cutting-edge snack products. We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Promoter to drive secondary sales and expand our retail presence across Dehradun.

Key Responsibilities
Visit retail outlets, supermarkets, grocery stores and other assigned outlets across Dehradun.
Generate secondary orders and ensure regular product replenishment.
Maintain robust relationships with retailers .
Ensure MIDNIGHT products are available, properly displayed and visible at outlets.
Identify and onboard new retail outlets.
Communicate schemes, promotions and offers to retailers.
Monitor competitor pricing, products and market activities.
Collect retailer and market feedback.




Achieve assigned monthly sales and outlet-coverage targets.
Submit daily market visit and sales reports.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in FMCG/food sales preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills and a strong willingness to work in the field can also apply.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Comfortable with daily market visits.
Knowledge of the Dehradun retail market will be an advantage.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Compensation

₹15,000–₹20,000/month + performance incentives, depending on experience and performance.
