Job Summary:

We’re seeking a dynamic, personable individual who loves Expresso and games! As a Board Game Instructor & Barista, you will provide guests with outstanding experiences while introducing and facilitating engaging board games. Your role is key to creating a fun, social, and memorable onboard café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Board Game Instructor Duties:
Welcome guests and introduce available board games.
Explain rules clearly and guide players through gameplay.
Recommend suitable games based on group size, age, and experience.
Facilitate tournaments or themed game nights onboard.
Maintain and organize the board game collection; ensure pieces are intact and stored properly.

Barista Duties:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to guests with high-quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café workspace and equipment.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.




Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
Freshers with any Degree
Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for board games (classic and up-to-date).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage guests of all ages and skill levels.
Comfortable multitasking and managing time effectively.
Previous experience in hospitality, cruise, or entertainment industry is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
Fluency in multiple languages.
Event hosting or game master experience.
