Job Title: E-commerce Order Processing ExecutiveJob Description:

We are hiring an E-commerce Order Processing Executive to handle daily online order operations and ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:
Process and manage orders from e-commerce platforms (Website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Verify order details and update in system/ERP
Coordinate with warehouse for picking, packing, and dispatch
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
Handle cancellations, returns, and replacements
Maintain accurate order records and stock updates
Coordinate with logistics partners

Requirements:
Any degree / Diploma
1–2 years experience in e-commerce/order processing preferred (freshers can apply)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP systems)
Attention to detail and good communication skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment

Job Type: Full time

Location: Poyampalayam Tirupur

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
