Role: HR Recruiter

Job Description
End-to-end recruitment; both IT & non-IT, for top-notch clients i.e. sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & coordination, negotiating compensation packages, etc.
Recruiter should be able to source a pool of candidates, do the telephonic screening, and schedule the interview and follow-up(s)
Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
Maintain status reports on various requirements, candidate status, offers and joining status
Knowledge of major job-portals, LinkedIn and other classified job sites (added advantage)
Client Interaction & Coordination as and when required

Excellent communication & convincing skills




For a recruiter – Patience is the key !
Should be a team player who effectively builds relationships both inside and outside the organization
Should be a self-motivator and work as an independent contributor
Leverage AI tools to help ease out day-to-day tasks – use AI as an Assistant !
Knowledge of MS-Office suite i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
