Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations.

Lead and motivate front and back-of-house teams.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/suppliers.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and hygiene standards.

Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of team members.

Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.

Drive upselling and suggestive selling to improve sales.

Support marketing and promotional activities at the outlet level.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–8 years of experience in QSR or casual dining.





Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of food safety standards and QSR operations.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask.

Proficient in using POS systems and basic MS Office tools.

Versatile to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
