Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of technical issues.
Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify potential areas of improvement.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to application support.
Experience in diagnosing and resolving issues within cloud-based business systems.
Ability to work with multiple software components and understand their interdependencies.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
