Handle customer enquiries and explain product features, perks, usage, pricing, and offers.
Understand customer needs, assist with purchase decisions, and support sales targets.
Follow up with customers and maintain positive customer relationships.
Maintain customer, order, sales, payment, and basic accounts records accurately.
Support basic accounting activities such as invoice preparation, payment tracking, expense records, and daily transaction updates.
Coordinate order processing, packaging, quality checks, and dispatch.
Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate for timely resolution.
Stay updated on products, offers, promotions, and company processes.
Support other reasonable day-to-day activities as required in a growing startup, based on business needs and workload
