A Food & Beverage (F&B;) Associate welcomes guests, takes accurate orders, and serves food and drinks in restaurants, hotels, or catering venues to ensure a great dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Service: Greet customers warmly, guide them to seats, and present menus.
Order Management: Take food and beverage requests accurately and pass them to the kitchen or bar.
Serving: Deliver meals and drinks promptly while following hygiene and safety rules.
Table Maintenance: Explicit dirty plates, reset tables, and keep the dining area clean.
Billing and Payments: Handle guest checks, process cash or card payments, and manage tips.
Teamwork: Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to solve guest requests quickly.

Requirements and Skills
Communication: Friendly, polite,



and transparent speaking skills.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand or walk for long shifts in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility: Willingness to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Education: High school diploma or a hospitality/hotel management certification is preferred.
