Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Corporate Warranties Senior Manager in the automotive sector. The role involves overseeing warranty operations for automotive clients, including policy implementation, claims handling, and compliance with company and manufacturer standards.

The Senior

Manager will monitor warranty performance, analyze data to improve cost efficiency, and develop initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and aftersales service quality. They will collaborate closely with dealers, manufacturers,



and internal teams to resolve complex warranty issues and ensure timely claims disbursement. The role also includes designing and delivering training programs for dealer and internal teams on warranty processes, systems, and best practices.

Qualifications

- Robust focus on customer satisfaction and customer service, with the ability to manage escalations and maintain long-term client relationships.
- In-depth understanding of warranty processes, policies, and documentation within the automotive sector.
- Experience in aftersales operations, including coordination with service centers and dealers to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Ability to design and deliver training related to warranty procedures, claims management, and customer handling.
- Proven experience in the automotive industry, preferably in warranty or aftersales management roles.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and related tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications in automotive or quality management are an advantage.
