Role Description The Corporate Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs for employees and clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs; creating training materials, presentations, and e-learning content; and assessing participant needs and learning outcomes. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify skill gaps, customizing training content for different audiences, and supporting the implementation of AI-powered learning solutions.

Trainer is also expected to track training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and continuously update content to reflect changing business requirements and best practices.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in instructional design, training delivery, and facilitation, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
- Experience creating training content, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, using modern authoring tools.
- Ability to assess training needs, design curricula, and evaluate learning outcomes through tests, feedback, and performance data.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and technology-enabled learning, ideally with exposure to AI-powered or digital training solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with strong command of written and spoken English.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple training programs and stakeholder expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; relevant training certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as a corporate trainer or learning and development professional, preferably in technology or services organizations.
