? Location: Coimbatore | Full-Time The Concept of Living Charitable Trust (COL) is a recognized nonprofit organization empaneled with the Women and Child Development Ministry, Government of India. COL focuses on creating entrepreneurial opportunities and delivering social training for women across India. The organization works to promote awareness and support in areas such as prevention of sexual harassment, financial independence, skill enhancement, recognition, and gender equality.

Its vision is to uplift women to an equivalent and empowered status in society by strengthening their voices, confidence, and awareness of their potential.

We are expanding our corporate outreach initiatives and are looking for an experienced Corporate Program Manager to build meaningful relationships with organisations and support the implementation of workplace awareness & compliance programs.

ROLE OVERVIEW The role involves representing the organisation at corporates, institutions, and workplaces to

:• Conduct POSH Awareness & Workplace Safety Sessions

- Engage with HR, management, and key decision-makers
- Understand organisational awareness & compliance requirements
- Present relevant POSH & Corporate Compliance Programs




- Develop and maintain institutional relationships
- Coordinate proposals, follow-ups, and program execution
- Contribute to the expansion of the organisation's corporate outreach initiatives

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a confident, mature, and well-presented professional with:

✔ 3–7 years of experience in HR, L&D;, Corporate Training, Client Relations, Consulting, Sales, Business development, Institutional Sales, Insurance, Telecom, Corporate Outreach or similar roles

✔ Excellent verbal & presentation skills

✔ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

✔ Confidence in meeting HR Heads, Management & senior professionals

✔ Willingness to travel locally across Coimbatore

✔ Professional approach with a strong sense of ownership
